We are looking for a highly motivated packaging operator to join our team. The selected candidate will perform essential tasks related to packaging various products, ensuring that our stringent quality standards are met at every step of the process. Key responsibilities include efficiently operating packaging machinery and continuously monitoring procedures to ensure tasks are carried out correctly. In addition, quality inspections will be conducted to certify the perfection of packaged products, and the work area will be maintained in optimal conditions of cleanliness and organization. Remuneration is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between morning, afternoon, and night. The contract will be for a fixed duration. **Minimum Requirements:** * Prior experience in packaging or production (minimum 1 year) * Ability to meet and exceed productivity targets. * Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts, adapting to team needs. * Teamwork skills and good interpersonal communication.
