Amusement, headquartered in Valencia, comprises a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled professionals with 30 years of experience in the sector. **WE ARE SEEKING** For our Architecture and Engineering Department **REVIT MEP MODELER** **Main Responsibilities:** As part of a multidisciplinary team supported by engineers, you will be required to: * Perform architectural, structural, and MEP project modeling using Revit software within a collaborative environment, adhering to the criteria and procedures established in the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP). * Interpret 2D MEP schematic diagrams for their 3D development. * Develop structural details (concrete, reinforcement, and steel) and MEP installations. * Produce drawings, views, and mock-ups. * Create scheduling tables and obtain measurements. * Coordinate with other disciplines and perform clash detection. * Create families and manage parameters. **Requirements:** **\- Qualifications** Technical Engineering, Engineering, Technical Architecture, or Architecture degree. **\- Minimum Experience** 1 year of experience developing construction documents using Revit software. **\- Languages** Intermediate English (B2) **\- Software** AutoCAD Revit Navisworks **\- Other** Familiarity with collaborative platforms ACC and BIM360 will be valued. Knowledge of Uniclass classification standards will be valued. Knowledge of ISO 19650 will be valued. International project experience will be valued. Specific expertise in MEP systems will be valued. Specific expertise in concrete and steel structures will be valued.
