Our client, a leading company in the services sector, currently undergoing organizational growth and transformation, is seeking an **HR Manager** to lead the Human Resources function with a strategic, business-oriented vision. The selected candidate will play a key role in the organization’s evolution, driving comprehensive people management, fostering talent development, and reinforcing a corporate culture aligned with the company’s objectives. **JOB MISSION** Ensure comprehensive management of the company’s Human Resources, guaranteeing compliance with labor regulations, proper personnel administration, and progressive development of HR policies and processes aligned with the organization’s strategy, values, and culture. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and implement, jointly with senior management, the Human Resources strategy aligned with the company’s objectives. * Lead and supervise labor management: recruitment, personnel administration, Social Security, end-to-end payroll processing (RED System, Siltr@ IT processes, social insurance, etc.), and compliance with current regulations. * Coordinate implementation and monitoring of the Equality Plan, Remuneration Register, and other legal obligations. * Manage recruitment processes, hires, terminations, contractual modifications, labor incidents, and relations with official bodies. * Design, implement, and optimize selection, onboarding, career path, and performance evaluation processes. * Promote training and development policies. * Design and monitor HR metrics and HR dashboard. * Identify opportunities for improvement and digitalization of HR processes. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Proven experience in generalist or leadership HR roles. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation, personnel administration, and labor relations. * Experience in payroll management and coordination with labor advisory firms. * Familiarity with labor management tools and platforms (RED System, SILTRA, and HR applications). **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** * Strong organizational and planning abilities. * Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills. * Analytical capability, results orientation, and strategic vision. * Results orientation and continuous improvement mindset. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Opportunity to join a stable project within an established and growing company. * Strategic position reporting directly to company leadership. * Professional development within a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement. * Working hours: Monday–Friday (split shift).
