




Job Summary: Coordination, monitoring, and control of construction and renovation works, integrated within an interdisciplinary Technical Office team to support the Infrastructure Service. You will be part of the Technical Office, providing coverage across all areas of the Infrastructure Service. You will join an interdisciplinary team. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct and analyze feasibility study reports and preliminary studies for healthcare infrastructure interventions. * Prepare technical specifications for project and construction tenders. * Provide technical advisory support during the tender phase: information dissemination, responses to queries, evaluation reports, and accompaniment through to award. * Technically, economically, and functionally evaluate project drafts, adhering to functional and economic criteria, design guidelines, and current regulations. * Coordinate and manage projects with various hospital departments. * Supervise and monitor new construction or renovation works at healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with budget, timelines, and quality as specified in projects and technical specifications. * Provide technical and legal advisory support regarding healthcare facility installations and their coordination with architectural teams and equipment implementation. **Professional Competencies** * Teamwork * Communication skills * Proactivity * Analytical ability * Results orientation * Organization and planning **Offered** * Indefinite full-time contract. * Integration into a hospital undergoing significant growth and infrastructure expansion. * Membership in a multidisciplinary team with a positive work environment. * Opportunity to work on a broad range of project types with autonomy in decision-making. * Joining a people-oriented organization that promotes professional well-being and work-life balance. **Requirements** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Building Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. * Experience in similar roles involving construction management. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred. * Specific knowledge of healthcare facility installations, both regulatory and technical. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Additional training in project management.
