E-commerce Manager

At **La Casa de las Carcasas**, we are seeking an **E\-commerce Manager** to lead our day-to-day operations and medium-term actions, to join our team at our headquarters in **Jaraíz de la Vera, Cáceres**. If you have hands-on experience managing ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and initiatives to improve customer conversion and retention, are ready to lead teams and operational processes, while developing tactical plans for company growth, this is your opportunity. **What do we offer?** * **Permanent contract** and stable project. * **Full-time** schedule from Monday to Friday. * The opportunity to actively contribute to a **growing and expanding company**. * **Continuous training**. * **Competitive salary** aligned with your experience. * **Flexible compensation**. * **Exclusive discounts** across all our stores. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * **Developing and executing the sales strategy on the ecommerce channel** for our ecommerce platforms (LCDLC \& Kamalion) and key marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.). * **Leading cross-functional teams**: you will coordinate a team whose main focus is platform sales and conversion on Shopify, product management, and initiatives to improve conversion and customer experience. * **Analyzing key data** to optimize platform performance, including defining KPIs, traffic analysis, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and improving user experience. * You will work **closely with Digital Marketing, CRM \& IT**, creating and executing joint action plans to boost user acquisition, customer loyalty, and online sales. **What are we looking for?** * **3 to 5 years of experience** as an Ecommerce Manager. * **Ability to combine operational skills with a medium-term strategic vision**: daily management of the ecommerce platform and leadership in long-term decision-making. * Experience in **defining and executing commercial strategies and omnichannel initiatives** for ecommerce, with emphasis on **traffic generation, CRO**, and integration between physical and digital worlds (we have 1100 stores in 13 countries). * Ability to create **cross-functional action plans** involving **website, CRM, and Social Media**, in collaboration with the Marketing department. * Functional knowledge of **SEO, SEM**, and data analysis tools. * Experience with **ecommerce platforms** such as **PrestaShop and Shopify**. * Familiarity with analytics and automation tools such as **AI-powered chats, workflow automation, email marketing, etc.** * **Intermediate level of English.** Are you passionate about ecommerce and would you like to make a real impact on the growth of a leading company in its sector?
