We sell our products in more than 40 countries and have a website available in 11 languages. We are currently experiencing strong growth and are looking for a web developer to join our team. You would work closely with our expert Elementor designer and our SEO specialist. Responsibilities: * **Diagnosing and resolving conflicts** between plugins/themes/Elementor/WooCommerce (hooks, filters, versions, compatibilities). * **Environment maintenance:** Apache/PHP/MySQL configuration, version management, logs and alerts, backups and restoration, hardening, WAF/CDN. * **Deployment workflows:** dev/staging/production environments, secure update strategies, rollbacks, and version control (Git, WP\-CLI). * **Performance optimization:** CORE WEB VITALS, caching, DB/query optimization, images, critical CSS, cron queues, and monitoring. * **Technical SEO:** indexability, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, schemas, hreflang, migrations, etc. * **WooCommerce:** Checkout and performance, compatibility with payment gateways/shipping methods, fine-tuning via code snippets. * **Design support:** assist the designer with blocks/templates using shortcodes or mini-plugins when Elementor falls short. * **Security and compliance:** user roles/capabilities, update policies, GDPR (CMP, IP anonymization), logs, malware scanning. * **Basic analytics:** verification of GA4/GTM and key events; basic technical tagging. Essential requirements: * Over 5 years of experience developing with WordPress/PHP and hands-on experience debugging Plugin/Theme/Elementor/WooCommerce conflicts. * Solid knowledge of Apache \+ PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, CDN/Cloudflare. * Experience setting up staging environments, backup/rollback strategies, and secure updates. * Practical technical SEO knowledge applicable to WordPress. * Strong security judgment. * Basic automation skills.
