About the Role Are you eager to join our team and participate in a project within the Cloud and Custom Applications (CCA) business line, aimed at application development? What will you do in the project? * Initial training on the ServiceNow platform, including key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Flow Designer. * Development of custom applications within ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Business Rules. * Participation in the configuration and maintenance of service catalogs, workflows, and automations. * Support in functional analysis tasks, helping translate client requirements into technical solutions. * Incident resolution and implementation of minor enhancements under the supervision of a senior consultant. * Work using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban): attendance at daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, retrospectives, etc. * Documentation of developments, configurations, and procedures. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (development, functional, QA) on real-world projects for multinational clients. Your Profile * Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate degree program (Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, etc.). * English proficiency level B1–B2 (not mandatory but desirable). * Ability to work effectively in a team and focus on problem-solving. * Possibility to sign a training agreement with your educational institution. * Availability during morning hours. To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable with: * Basic knowledge of JavaScript and programming fundamentals. * Interest in low-code/no-code platforms and the field of technology consulting. * Enthusiasm for learning about process automation and enterprise platforms.
