Description

We are seeking a cook for a restaurant in Avilés (Asturias). Main responsibilities include inspecting, washing, cutting, and preparing all necessary ingredients (mise en place), as well as checking the condition and freshness of food items in refrigerated chambers and storage areas. You will also prepare dishes using various cooking techniques such as roasting, frying, or boiling; monitor inventory levels and report any stock shortages; and maintain cleanliness in your work area. A Third-Class Skilled Worker qualification and demonstrable experience in the trade are required. This position offers a full-time indefinite contract with shifts covering lunch and dinner service. Days off are Mondays and Tuesdays (full days), and Wednesday mornings. Salary is in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
