We are seeking an **AI Engineer** with a background in telecommunications or computer science to join an innovative project focused on applying artificial intelligence to network management. The project is hybrid and based in Madrid. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms for network management. * Work with AI frameworks such as PyTorch or similar. * Develop solutions in cloud environments and microservice-based architectures. * Implement and maintain development pipelines in CI/CD environments (Git, Jenkins). * Orchestrate data workflows using tools such as Airflow or Kubeflow. * Deploy and manage containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes). * Collaborate in dynamic, international technology environments. ### **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with AI/ML. * Practical experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch or similar). * Knowledge of CI/CD environments (Git, Jenkins). * Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Kubeflow). * Experience in cloud environments and deploying microservices in containers (Docker, Kubernetes). * Minimum English proficiency level: B2. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of authentication and identity systems (OAuth2, OIDC, OID4VC). * Experience in telecom environments or network management. * Experience in international environments. * English proficiency level C1 or higher. ### **About Capgemini** Capgemini is a global leader in transforming and managing businesses by harnessing the full power of technology.
