We are an audiovisual production company with over 10 years of experience, seeking to welcome a **Director / Camera Operator & Content Creator** to our team. We’re looking for a well-rounded audiovisual professional: someone who can **conceptualize a piece, visually plan it, operate a camera, light a scene, record footage, and carry the material through to editing**. But we also want someone deeply connected to what’s happening right now: **social media, trends, emerging formats, visual references, and new ways of storytelling**. We’re not merely seeking someone who operates a camera. We seek **audiovisual judgment, initiative, and the ability to transform an idea into a finished piece**. What will you do? * Directing and producing audiovisual pieces, shoots, interviews, events, and branded content. * Operating cameras across productions of various formats. * Planning framing, camera movement, lenses, and lighting. * Technical preparation and shoot planning. * Creating audiovisual content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms. * Conceptualizing ideas, formats, and pieces for our brands and clients. * Recording Reels, TikToks, Stories, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, branded content, and vertical content. * Organizing footage and planning the workflow for post-production. * Adapting content for different platforms, durations, and formats. * Continuously tracking audiovisual trends, references, styles, and social media codes. * Covering shoots, events, and projects to generate complementary content. * Collaborating closely with creative and production teams. We’re looking for someone who... * Has experience as a **director and camera operator**. * Possesses strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, and audiovisual equipment. * Has lighting expertise. * Understands audiovisual language both in conventional productions and in pieces designed specifically for TikTok or Instagram. * Knows when a piece requires careful planning—and when to act quickly, grab the camera, and seize what’s unfolding. * Demonstrates visual judgment and attention to detail. * Can work autonomously from idea conception to final output. * Shows initiative and eagerness to propose ideas. * Stays up-to-date on trends, directors, campaigns, formats, and creators. * Understands current social media codes without simply copying trends. * Can collaborate effectively and self-organize within productions that vary widely in pace and requirements. Experience We seek a candidate with demonstrable professional experience in directing and camera operation. As a reference, we especially value profiles with approximately **5 years of experience**, though what matters far more to us is **what you’ve done, how you’ve done it, and your judgment**—not just years counted on a calendar. Mandatory We want to see your work. You must include a **portfolio, showreel, dossier, or links to completed projects**. We’re particularly interested in seeing pieces where your involvement is evident in: * Directing. * Camera operation. * Lighting. * Conceptualization. * Content creation. * Editing. If you also have personal projects, experiments, original content, or work that clearly showcases your unique visual perspective, we’d love to see those too. Bonus skills * Photography knowledge. * After Effects. * DaVinci Resolve. * Sound knowledge. * Experience creating content for brands. * Experience in advertising, branded content, events, or entertainment. * Interest in and knowledge of **AI applied to audiovisual production and content creation**. * Curiosity about new cameras, tools, techniques, and formats. * Ability to spot a trend and transform it into something meaningful for a brand. * Ability to contribute references and fresh ideas to the team.
