Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect – Project Manager to ensure the planning, coordination, and execution of new clinic opening and renovation projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency ##### **Join our team as a Technical Architect – Project Manager** at our **Madrid** offices! You will contribute to every new clinic opening project for **Sanitas**, playing a leading role in the development of Spain’s top oral health care provider. #### **What will you do in our team?:** Your mission will be to ensure proper planning of construction projects for new or renovated centers, identifying required tasks by defining necessary natural, human, and financial resources. And more... Coordinate **technical validations** of potential locations for new center openings. Serve as the main point of contact with **external suppliers** during the opening process and installation week. **Coordinate with internal departments** of Sanitas Dental and other company areas involved in the projects. Ensure adherence to defined **project timelines**, as well as implementation of the corporate visual identity across all projects under your responsibility. **Identify innovative solutions** that enhance customer experience and/or improve cost-efficiency and durability. Execute **new clinic openings**, including both brand-new clinics and renovations within the existing network, and **manage construction projects**: prepare, coordinate, and monitor progress until the official opening date. Calculate the **overall project budget** and track its evolution to ensure compliance and proper internal system management. #### **What are we looking for?:** Education: **Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture / Technical Engineering** Experience: **3–5 years** of prior experience in a similar role within the healthcare or retail sector. Languages: English proficiency level **B2** Other skills and knowledge: Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is essential. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
