**HR INTERNSHIP / TRAINEE**
**What will you do in this role?**
You will support daily tasks within the Human Resources department, with special attention to team wellbeing, process organization, and administrative management—while gaining hands-on HR experience in the hospitality industry. To this end, we seek someone with prior HR experience or previous internships to perform the following responsibilities:
* **Recruitment and Selection**
+ Support the recruitment process—from job posting creation and publication to interview coordination.
+ Manage job platforms and keep candidate databases up to date.
+ Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the process.
* **Training and Development**
+ Assist in planning and organizing staff training sessions.
+ Collaborate in implementing employee professional development initiatives.
* **Administrative Management**
+ Update and maintain employee files, both digital and physical.
+ Support preparation of reports and presentations to headquarters in English.
+ Manage and track employee leaves, absences, and vacation requests.
+ Administer payroll variables: overtime, night shifts, bonuses, etc.
* **Employee Wellbeing and Workplace Climate**
+ Contribute to initiatives aimed at promoting employee wellbeing.
+ Support the organization of team integration and motivation activities.
+ Internal communications.
**What are we looking for in you?**
* **Mandatory: Eligibility to sign a formal internship agreement related to generalist HR studies (specialization courses or master’s programs).**
* Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations and HR.
* Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to a multicultural environment.
* Understanding of the HORECA sector.
* Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and preferably HR management systems.
* Languages: Minimum B2 level English; essential for drafting reports.
**What do we offer?**
* Generalist HR internships in the hospitality\-luxury sector.
* Internship start date: On or before September 21, 2026.
* In-person schedule from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday, at our Gran Vía offices (Madrid).
* €300 study allowance.
