Opportunity for professional development JOB DESCRIPTION A specialized **construction company** focused on **external works** is seeking to hire a **Site Manager** to coordinate and lead projects in Madrid and surrounding areas. We are looking for a candidate with experience in team management, work planning, and coordination with fabrication facilities, subcontractors, and suppliers. The selected professional **will not need to stay overnight away from home**: all projects are located within a radius allowing daily return to residence. ### **Responsibilities** * Coordination and supervision of on-site assembly teams. * Daily and weekly work planning (assembly scheduling). * Coordination with fabrication facilities and technical office for project monitoring. * Management of subcontractors (excavation, cranes, similar services, transportation, etc.). * Control of execution, quality, and deadlines. * Resolution of on-site incidents and decision-making. * Monitoring of delivery notes, work reports, and material control. * Compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and coordination with the preventive resource. * Periodic reporting to the Production Manager or senior management. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in industrial installations, civil works, electrical works, or similar fields. * Knowledge of team management and construction planning. * Ability to coordinate subcontractors and suppliers. * Valid driver's license (desirable). * Autonomy, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Availability to travel within Madrid and surrounding areas (company van provided). ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training (20 hours or more). * Knowledge of electrical systems, industrial assembly, or infrastructure projects. * Basic proficiency in office software (Excel, Outlook). * Prior experience in factory–site coordination. ### **What We Offer** * **Stable contract** and long-term project. * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with experience. * **Company van** for travel to sites. * **Working Hours** * **Winter:** Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 16:00\.
