We are looking for a professional experienced in change management to participate in transformation projects focused on benefits experience, with emphasis on People and Employee Experience. Requirements **What are we looking for?** We seek a **Change Management Consultant** with experience in: * Organizational change management * Organizational impact analysis and stakeholder mapping * Definition and execution of communication and training plans * Consulting experience and client-facing work * Ability to support adoption processes in transformation contexts Experience in the following areas is desirable: * People / Employee Experience projects * Knowledge of Design Thinking and Service Design * Agile methodologies and iterative approaches * Facilitation skills for workshops and collaborative sessions * Contribution to developing frameworks, assets, and proposals Additional Information **What do we offer you?** * Permanent contract and full-time schedule * 23 vacation days * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language competencies.
