**WORK LOCATION:** Calle Alsasua nº20, Madrid **JOB DESCRIPTION:** We are seeking a candidate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field to join our **IT Department**. The candidate must have experience in Salesforce administration and development to participate in both technical development and functional and quality assurance tasks. The role requires strong technical skills, business orientation, and enthusiasm to evolve into a technical-functional and QA role within the Salesforce ecosystem—particularly in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Energy & Utilities Cloud environments. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform corrective and evolutionary developments on the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Energy & Utilities Cloud. * Implement new functionalities and enhancements using various Salesforce tools: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, API-based integrations, and Omniscript. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to create functional designs and develop technical designs. * Execute testing activities, including functional QA, integrated testing, and end-to-end process validation. * Support deployments and ensure development quality control. * Provide user support. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Education: * Mandatory: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. Candidates with Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) and solid Salesforce experience will also be considered. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification * Valuable certifications: Salesforce Industries / Energy & Utilities, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Administrator * Languages: Fluent technical English **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** Professional experience of 2–3 years in Salesforce ecosystem development teams, across various Salesforce clouds. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** Essential knowledge: * Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. * Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL) * REST API and Web Services design * Salesforce DevOps knowledge: GIT and SFDX Desirable knowledge: * Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors * Functional knowledge of energy commercialization processes * QA testing execution Skills: * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Interest in evolving toward a technical-functional profile. * Strong communication skills with business users. * Teamwork capability. * Proactivity and autonomy.
