We are seeking professionals with 2–5 years of experience in on-premises and cloud network environments, with solid knowledge of network infrastructure and configuration, perimeter security, advanced troubleshooting, and automation of related tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle project requests, including domains such as hybrid network architectures, traffic filtering rule management, DNS configuration, SSL and SSO certificate management, among others. * Provide support and validate network connectivity configurations between on-premises and cloud environments (primarily AWS). * Create and maintain technical documentation reflecting the processes and standards used by the network team in service operations. * Participate remotely in change windows and cutover activities for network configurations or connectivity validations (as required). * Provide remote support for complex incidents (as required). * Collaborate in parallel with other teams on joint deployment and configuration projects for new internal communication systems or systems connecting to partners and third parties. **Technical Profile:** * Solid hands-on experience in networks/communications, both in on-premises deployments and cloud-based environments. * University degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of practical experience in networks/communications (TCP/IP, routing/switching, structured troubleshooting methodologies, firewalls and load balancers, DNS, SSL and certificates). Cisco CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly valued. * Practical experience with Amazon Web Services (preferred) or other cloud technologies. AWS Networking Specialty certification is highly valued. * Observability and monitoring of connectivity and systems, with knowledge of tools such as Splunk, CloudWatch, etc. * Knowledge of technologies relevant to domains such as Firewall (Palo Alto is a plus), load balancing (F5), and DDI (Bluecat). * Experience in ITSM operations (ServiceNow is a plus). Familiarity with incident/request lifecycle, prioritization, and communication. * Strong communication, documentation, and intra- and inter-team collaboration skills. * Conversational English proficiency for vendor interactions and documentation.
