Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Office Engineer/Architect for Building Projects in Madrid to review designs, provide technical support, coordinate BIM activities, and generate construction drawings. For new engineering projects, we require a **TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER/ARCHITECT FOR BUILDING PROJECTS in Madrid**. **Responsibilities:** * Review of structural, assembly, and detail drawings using AutoCAD 2D * Attendance at meetings with the Joint Venture (UTE) * Advisory support regarding UTE-proposed modifications * Review of suitability of samples and prototypes proposed by the UTE * Technical assistance during construction execution, specifically in architectural and finishing phases * Coordination with structural and MEP systems· Generation of supporting construction drawings and drawings required to complete the Project * Generation of as-built modification drawings * Generation of architectural "as-built" drawings * BIM coordination with other disciplines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Experience in BIM **Location:** MADRID **Offered:** * Immediate incorporation. * Indefinite-term contract. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Large-scale project * Project for a Joint Venture (UTE) comprising leading companies in the sector
