We seek professionals who wish to **grow, innovate, and become part of a team where excellence is part of everyday work.** **Join our team** **Position:** Variable Control Technician. **Location:** Madrid. **Job Mission:** Ensure control, monitoring, and proper management of the company’s variables, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, internal procedures, and established quality standards, as well as supporting decision-making through periodic analysis and reporting of information. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage, archive, and keep up-to-date the documentation required within the department to ensure proper operational execution, guaranteeing traceability, availability, and regulatory compliance. Supervise and monitor defined commercial and labor variables per procedures and work instructions, verifying correct execution and recording. Coordinate and monitor internal validation and approval workflows, ensuring that files and associated variables are properly documented, reviewed, and authorized. Prepare monthly monitoring and control reports for Management and Management Control, including KPIs, deviation analysis, and improvement proposals. Coordinate with various involved departments to ensure consistency and quality of managed information.
