




**What will you do on a daily basis?** * Analyze purchasing and consumption data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities. * Conduct comparative studies of prices, conditions, and quality among suppliers. * Prepare periodic reports and summaries for the Purchasing Department with cost and process improvement proposals. * Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of supplier performance using defined metrics and KPIs. * Support negotiations of agreements and contracts from a data-driven and profitability analysis perspective. * Monitor and update the supplier and item database within the ERP system. * Collaborate in internal and external audits ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. * Provide support in sustainability and resource optimization projects. **What do we expect from you?** * University degree or vocational training in administration, finance, logistics, or related fields. * Previous experience in purchasing analysis, procurement, or cost control. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, data analysis). * Experience with ERP systems (**Business Central/Dynamics**). * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and focus on continuous improvement. * Advanced Spanish and English (a second language will be valued). * Ability to work in a team, with critical thinking and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude. **What do we offer?** Puente Romano Marbella offers you an exceptional and enriching experience.
