**DEPARTMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * Attend and participate daily in the Food & Beverage department briefing. * Attend and participate monthly in the departmental meeting, contributing ideas and improvements regarding operations, customer service, and enhancement of team working conditions. * Communicate appropriately to your direct supervisor any improvement opportunities affecting the hotel, your department, or its mission. * Comply with departmental standards and procedures, as well as those applicable to all hotel employees. **JOB-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare guest beverage orders according to specified recipes using measurement systems. * Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the bar, bar unit (CO2 lines, soft drink tanks, soda guns, drainage, etc.), tables, and other tools, following all setup guidelines. * Prepare fresh garnishes for beverages. * Request all necessary supplies, specifically restocking liquor bottle by bottle, and transport supplies from the storeroom to the bar setup area as required. * Anticipate and promptly communicate replenishment needs to ensure no shortages occur during scheduled functions, and secure appropriate authorization for additional payments prior to restocking, if necessary. * Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist guests with disabilities; and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
