




**Vacancies Planned** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation work, is seeking to hire 1 university graduate to support a Sustainable Tourism project in Ciudad Real. **Work Location** -------------------- * Ciudad Real **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Provide technical assistance and support to the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real for the implementation of Geopark activities and the Tourism Sustainability Plan for the Volcanes de Calatrava Destination (TSTD), including: \- Drafting and preparing documents, reports, action proposals, and technical specifications required for Geopark and TSTD activities, for subsequent approval by the Provincial Council. \- Collaboration with the technical management of various projects to ensure coordination among them. * Advise stakeholders involved in the application and implementation of activities * Report on assigned action proposals, as well as: \- Propose execution methods for Geopark and TSTD activities. \- Present action proposals, their approval, and subsequent modifications. \- Ensure coordination of the TSTD with other initiatives that may be carried out in the area. \- Report on the implementation of actions and prepare monitoring and evaluation reports on the results of completed activities. * Justify compliance with Geopark and TSTD activities, providing quarterly execution reports and submitting justifications within established timeframes and formats. * Attend major technical events related to Geoparks, promoting and enhancing the value of the Volcanes de Calatrava Geopark. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents in the "Annexes" section of the application (or during the process), as applicable: * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract proving required professional experience. * Internship annexes proving required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Bachelor's or Undergraduate Degree \+ Official Master's or Technical Architecture or Technical Engineering (MECES Level 3) (qualification homologated in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Valid Class B driver's license **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited training of at least 2000 hours in Cultural Management * Accredited training of more than 100 hours in Tourism Sustainability Plans for destinations * Accredited training in Marketing Plans and Identity Brands exceeding 200 hours ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Participation in projects related to planning, activation, and quality in tourist destinations (will be verified during technical interview) * Participation in sustainable tourism cooperation projects in the Ciudad Real area (will be verified during technical interview) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with possibility of extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established by current labor legislation for each contractual modality.
