We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as **Industrial Engineer.** **If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:** * Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and product quality. * Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in line with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to drive process engineering projects and cost reduction activities. * Design, develop, and monitor optimal layouts for production lines, equipment, and material flows. * Support new product launches and process changes by developing work instructions and standard operating procedures. * Create and maintain detailed process documentation and production data analysis. * Lead time studies and capacity analysis to support operational planning. * Promote a culture of health, safety and compliance within all manufacturing operations. **and if you have/are:** * Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field * Fluent in written and spoken English * Manufacturing and Operations knowledge * Supervision Skills, ability to manage multitask teams * Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving skills and teamwork spirit. * Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment. * Demonstrated Project management skills * Experience in Industrial automation (robots, PLC and industrial networks implementation and programming) will be considered. * Experience in management of Machine and Automation suppliers will be considered * Lean Manufacturing knowledge. * Passion for continuous improvement, innovation and integration of new manufacturing technologies. **Then we will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.** Our international work environment can offer you challenging and rewarding opportunities.
