We are looking for a highly qualified professional who combines technical experience and leadership skills to supervise and ensure the proper functioning of the project's mechanical installations. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Supervise and coordinate mechanical activities at the photovoltaic site, ensuring deadlines and established quality standards are met. * Manage the mechanical work team, providing guidance and training team members on safety procedures and regulations. * Conduct periodic inspections of mechanical installations, identifying and efficiently resolving technical issues. * Collaborate with other departments to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems. * Document progress and generate technical reports on the construction progress as well as the status of mechanical installations. * Participate in project follow-up meetings with the management team, providing information on the performance of mechanical systems and proposing improvements. **Requirements** -------------- * Higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical training. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in the photovoltaic or energy sector. * Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial maintenance. * Leadership skills and ability to work in a team within a dynamic and high-demand environment. * Proactivity and ability to efficiently solve problems. * Availability to work on-site and travel if necessary. * Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable to the sector will be valued positively. **We Offer** ------------- * Initial 10-month contract, with possibility of extension depending on project evolution. * Opportunity to become part of a team committed to sustainable energy and technological innovation. * A dynamic and continuously growing work environment that values continuous training and professional development. * Competitive remuneration according to experience and responsibilities of the position.
