We are looking for a new team member to join our Consumer Insights team who is eager to learn within the QSR sector and focuses on customers and brands. **Purpose:** You will support the generation of actionable knowledge about consumers, competitors, and the market to improve the company's strategic decision-making. Your main focus will be analyzing consumer behaviors, evaluating marketing campaigns, and providing insights that help optimize customer experience and brand performance. **What will be your mission?** * Support the design, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative market research studies. * Monitor key performance indicators related to brand, consumer, and market. * Assist in managing external research suppliers (briefing, follow-up, and validation of results). * Analyze internal data (sales, tickets, surveys) and external data (panels, syndicated studies). * Participate in the creation of executive reports with clear conclusions and recommendations. * Collaborate in developing consumer profiles, segmentations, and trend analyses. * Participate in presentations to internal teams (marketing, operations, digital, etc.). **What do we offer in return?** * Become part of the leading organized restaurant company in our country, with a stable position and a solid, constantly growing project. * Dynamic environment with real impact: a collaborative work environment where your ideas will be valued and will make a significant difference in the company’s strategy. * Internship modality: On-site with 1 day of remote work. * Study allowance: 600€/gross per month. * Location: Pozuelo de Alarcón. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 17:30, Friday from 09:00 to 15:00, with reduced working hours during July and August. If you're a true Whopper® fan and want to become part of our team, don't hesitate—send us your application! **Requirements:** --------------- * Final semester student in Marketing, Sociology, Statistics, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and a BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). * Desirable experience with providers such as IPSOS, Kantar, Nielsen, Circana, or others. * Analytical and numerical skills with action-oriented mindset. * Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively. * Intermediate to advanced level of English (minimum B2).
