We are expanding rapidly and need to add a **Civil PV Supervisor** with at least 2 years of experience to our team for an exciting new project. **What will you do with us?** You will be the key person ensuring our photovoltaic projects are built with maximum quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: * Closely supervise all civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations. * Coordinate and lead the construction team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Monitor execution timelines, identifying potential deviations and proposing effective solutions. * Manage material and human resources on site, optimizing their use. * Conduct quality and safety inspections, ensuring everything is in order and meeting the highest standards. * Collaborate closely with the engineering team and other departments to resolve any issues that may arise. * Prepare progress reports and update project management on the status of construction. * Be the guardian ensuring the entire civil engineering process is executed perfectly in our photovoltaic project. **What do you need to join our team?** We're looking for someone eager to take on challenges, who enjoys teamwork and has a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
