The position we are seeking to fill — an Operations Manager for our facility located in Ontígola (Toledo) — will be primarily responsible for coordinating and supervising all client-contracted operational activities, as well as managing the workforce carrying them out, in accordance with the Company’s standards, policies, and guidelines. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Manage warehouse operations, improve processes, and maximize productivity to meet objectives. Develop, implement, and supervise organizational changes within the warehouse to ensure activities are carried out as efficiently as possible. Coordinate production activities while adhering to processes, procedures, and regulations, and monitor and record task volumes to quantify overall workload, prioritizing appropriately at all times. Coordinate, organize, supervise, and monitor the workforce, assigning staff across various tasks and implementing necessary adjustments and improvements to deliver high-quality customer service. Conduct daily attendance monitoring and tracking of personnel. Ensure workplace safety by overseeing proper understanding and compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as facilities, machinery, and equipment. Support team engagement in implementing LEAN culture at the workplace. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Higher education in Supply Chain and/or Lean processes Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience in logistics operations and team management in a supervisor or similar role Experience managing work teams in logistics environments Advanced English proficiency is desirable Advanced proficiency in office software In-depth knowledge of the logistics market Leadership, planning, and organization; analytical skills WHAT CAN WE OFFER?
