Technical growth in AI, simulation, and defense. **Location:**Madrid, MD, ES **Professional Profile:** Software Development \- Emerging Languages **Required Experience:** More than 2 years of experience **Work Modality:** Hybrid **At Indra Group, we protect what matters most.** We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that strengthen national and international security. **Join our Simulation and Artificial Intelligence team!** As part of our positioning as a leading company in the Defense sector, we aim to hire an **AI Engineer for Tactical Simulation**, to work in **Madrid** under a **hybrid** model. **What will you do?** * Design and develop **Artificial Intelligence** modules defining the behavior of friendly and enemy entities in tactical flight simulators. * Implement decision-making models, autonomous behavior, and advanced logic within simulation environments. * Develop software in **C\+\+ and Python** to integrate AI algorithms into complex simulators. * Apply **Machine Learning** techniques including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. * Design predictive models for regression, classification, and optimization. * Participate in validation, tuning, and continuous improvement of intelligent models. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in simulation, software, and engineering. * Participate in strategic projects within the Defense and Security sector. **What are we looking for?** ✅ **Education:** Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related field.
