**Day Concierge for a Residential Community – Pau de Carabanchel Area** A service company is seeking to hire a **night concierge** to work in a residential community located in Madrid. We are looking for a **responsible, punctual, committed, and cooperative individual**, capable of properly attending to residents and maintaining the community’s facilities. **Main responsibilities:** * General control and supervision of the community. * Attending to residents and service providers. * Access management. * Supervision and basic maintenance of common areas. * Reporting incidents to the company. * Cleaning of common areas. **Requirements:** * Responsible, punctual, and committed individual. * Positive attitude and willingness to work. * Ability to resolve issues effectively. * **Living in Carabanchel or nearby areas will be viewed favorably**. * **Prior experience in residential communities, concierge roles, or similar positions will be valued**. * Availability to start in September. **Working schedule:** Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from **6:30 PM to 6:30 AM**, including a meal break. **Salary conditions according to the Auxiliary Workers’ Collective Agreement.** If you are responsible, committed, and eager to work, we want to meet you!
