The ideal candidate will ensure smooth release cycles while maintaining compliance, quality, and operational stability. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Plan, schedule, and manage application releases across environments. * Coordinate release activities between development, QA, operations, and business teams. * Maintain release calendars and deployment documentation. * Ensure release governance and change management compliance. * Monitor release quality and production deployment success. * Support rollback planning and incident management activities. * Drive automation and release process optimization initiatives. * Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical validation and regulatory standards. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** ------------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline. * 5\+ years of experience in Release Management or Deployment Management. * Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and release governance. * Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience is mandatory. * Knowledge of GxP, CSV, ITIL, and change management processes. * Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Jira, or similar tools. * ITIL certification is a plus. * Fluent English required; German language skills are an advantage. jKUrC0Hwsu
