Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** **Job Description** ***Mission:*** Daily consultations and advisory support regarding labor aspects of employee management. ***Responsibilities:*** * Contract management: identification of purpose, contracts assigned to construction projects—construction sector, etc. * Management of all types of leaves of absence. * Contract novations, changes of workplace, MSCT, etc. * Processing and negotiation of working hour adaptations / reductions. Calculation, negotiation, and preparation of related documentation. * Development of corporate and delegation calendars. * Advisory services and implementation of disciplinary policy, including issuance of sanction and termination letters, where applicable. * Receipt, management, and preparation for Labor Inspections, and review of received Infringement Reports. * Preparation of conciliations and labor litigation for the Company in collaboration with the Legal Department. * Preparation of audit data. * Updating the Company’s RLT database. * Trade Union Matters: oversight of trade union elections and administrative issues. **Candidate Requirements** ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Law. * Master’s degree / specialized course in Labor Law and/or HR. * Master’s in Law Practice—highly valued. * 8–10 years of experience in HR. * Advanced English proficiency. * Willingness to travel. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal terms.
