As part of our growth plan for our Spanish entity—responsible for customers in Spain and Portugal—we are seeking, for our Madrid offices: **PROJECT TECHNICIAN** Integrated within the Operations Department and coordinating with other local and global Group departments, after an initial training period, you will provide technical support for both public and private sector projects during the analysis, implementation, and maintenance phases of critical PMR/TETRA and 3GPP secure communication systems. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Validation and implementation of new versions of critical PMR/TETRA and 3GPP communication systems. * Management of various incidents to meet SLAs and maximize customer satisfaction, including incident analysis for resolution where possible or escalation to Level 3 and Level 4 support\. * Provision of 24-hour technical assistance (at company or customer premises), in accordance with contracts defined with customers. * Maintenance of minimum technical support knowledge through continuous training; familiarity with the system and up-to-date awareness of its updates and modifications. * Preparation of necessary internal and external technical support documentation, as well as technical training delivered within projects. **Required Education and Experience:** * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, IT, or related field; or equivalent qualification. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in roles similar to those described above. * Knowledge of PMR/TETRA technologies; familiarity with applications, architecture, and mobile communication protocols is advantageous. * Knowledge of IT, servers, IP networks, and virtual machine environments. * Knowledge of scripting and macro programming using languages such as AutoHotKey, Python, VBA, SQL, etc. * Proficiency in spoken and written English. * Proactivity, teamwork capability, customer orientation, and willingness to work in highly demanding environments requiring guaranteed 24x7 service continuity will be especially valued.
