That’s where you come in! **What Will You Do at Prosegur?** As our next Selection Analyst, you will be a key member of our Human Resources team, focusing on attracting and selecting top talent for our structural areas. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Recruitment and Selection:** Your superpower! You will manage the entire lifecycle of selection processes for structural profiles—from defining the hiring need through to onboarding the new talent. ‍‍ * **Direct Sourcing and Recruitment Channels:** Talent explorer! You will strategically use LinkedIn for direct searches (headhunting) to identify those ideal candidates who aren’t always actively looking. * **Job Fairs:** Connecting with the future! You will actively participate in job fairs, representing Prosegur and attracting fresh, promising talent. You’ll be our visible face! * **Social Media Sourcing:** Talent Community Manager! You will develop and execute strategies to attract candidates via social media, making Prosegur an attractive place to work. * **Candidate Experience:** Kindness first! You’ll ensure every candidate has a positive and seamless experience throughout the process, reflecting our values and culture. * **Collaboration:** You’ll work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver optimal talent solutions. * **Reporting:** You’ll track and report key metrics for your selection processes. REQUIREMENTS **What Are We Looking For?** * **Experience:** We need someone who already masters the craft! We seek a candidate with at least **2 years of proven experience** in selection processes—especially for structural and operational profiles. * **Key Skills:** * Proficiency in **PERSONNEL SELECTION**, with deep knowledge of various methodologies and tools. * Demonstrated experience using **LINKEDIN** Recruiter and other platforms for active sourcing. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. * Proactivity, results orientation, and a strong attitude. * Strong eagerness to learn and grow with us! * **Education:** University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
