At PIB Group Iberia, we are seeking to incorporate a new person into our team at PIB Galicia. We are looking for an Account Executive for the corporate area to help us retain our existing client portfolio and generate new business in the region for our accounts. **Mission** Ensure the proper functioning of PIB Group Iberia offices and of cross-functional travel, expense, procurement, and ESG (Environmental, Social \& Governance) reporting processes, acting as the point of reference for tools (Navan, Pleo, Payhawk/similar, Carbon Data) and coordinating offices and reception until full closure of all related tasks. **Key Responsibilities** **Travel \- Navan** * User onboarding/offboarding and permission/profile management in Navan. * User support for app usage (bookings, modifications, cancellations). * Management of HUB-related travel via Navan. * Manual handling of complex or executive-level travel when required. * Coordination with the UK Travel Department regarding policies and incidents. **Expenses \- Pleo** * User onboarding/offboarding and permission management. * Daily user support and incident resolution. * Preparation of expense reports for PPTE/Finance. **Procurement \- Payhawk (or similar tool)** * Operational management of the corporate procurement/expense tool. * Processing and tracking of purchase requests and orders. * Application of procurement procedures and preparation of comparative reports (suppliers, categories, offices, etc.). **ESG \- Carbon Data (Environmental, Social \& Governance)** * Collection and consolidation of data required for the Carbon Data report. * Preparation and submission of ESG reporting information in coordination with the Legal Department. * Ensuring ESG data traceability and quality, proposing improvements to data collection and processing workflows. **Office and General Services Coordination** * Coordination of requirements across all offices (supplies, services, minor purchases). * Management and prioritization of incidents (maintenance, cleaning, general services). * Coordination and supervision of reception; follow-up until closure of each incident/request. * Coordination of stationery and office supplies stock levels with reception/Marketing. **General PPTE Support** * Support for employees on PPTE-related matters. * Collaboration on projects and implementation/improvement of area-specific tools. **Reporting to PPTE Manager** Preparation and presentation of **monthly** reports to the PPTE Manager on: * Travel and Navan usage. * Expenses and Pleo usage. * Procurement (Payhawk/similar) and relevant office incidents. * ESG / Carbon Data: reporting status and potential process improvements. **Key Competencies** * High accountability and strong task-completion orientation. * Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks/offices. * Service and internal customer orientation. * Capacity to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (including UK and Legal teams). * Rigor and attention to detail in data handling and reporting. **Requirements** * Education: Vocational Training (FP) or university degree in Administration, Management, Economics, Tourism, or related fields. * Experience: Administration/operations experience in travel, expenses, procurement, and/or general services; experience with Navan, Pleo, and Payhawk (or similar tools) is highly valued. * Languages: Spanish / advanced English (spoken and written). * Tools: Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. Ability to manage corporate tools.
