A new professional challenge at Grupo Ortiz DESCRIPTION **Grupo Ortiz** is seeking an experienced HR Technician to join our Corporate Headquarters team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources management, with specific expertise in social security registration and payroll processing for a workforce of over 2,000 employees and a wide variety of collective bargaining agreements. Other key responsibilities include: * Management of contractual documentation and its archiving. * Monitoring and managing relationships with external agencies (Social Security, Tax Agency, etc.). * Collaboration in the implementation and improvement of HR processes. * Support in managing social benefits. * Maintaining an up-to-date personnel database. * Participation in internal and external HR audits. * Advising middle management on labor regulations. REQUIREMENTS * Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Labor Relations or Law. * Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years in a similar role, especially in payroll and social security registration. * In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and application of collective agreements. * Advanced proficiency in payroll management software and ERPs (experience with Epsilon is preferred). * Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in companies with a large number of employees and diversified collective agreements. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Advanced level of English.
