The values guiding our path toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** * Prior experience as an analyst in digital environments. * Knowledge of the hospitality sector (highly valued). * Proficiency in PMS Opera v5 and, preferably, Opera Cloud. * Experience in customer journey digitalization projects. * Ability to gather and document functional requirements. * Skill in translating business needs into clear, structured documentation. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams. **What would be your responsibilities?** * Requirements gathering: Analyze business needs and define functionalities related to Opera Cloud. * Functional management: Translate requirements into clear specifications for technical teams (including integrations with OHIP). * Monitoring and testing: Supervise development, coordinate testing, and ensure correct implementation of solutions. * Documentation: Create and maintain detailed functional documentation for configurations and new features. * Implementation: Ensure proper delivery of solutions to production and support teams. * Training: Deliver training sessions to facilitate adoption of new tools and features across the company. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or other PMS systems. * Knowledge of technological integrations in the hospitality sector. * Experience in digital transformation projects. * Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders. * Familiarity with agile work environments.
