Project monitoring and trend identification **Description:** ---------------- We are recruiting a **SPECIFIER** for the **Central Region** of Spain for **ArcelorMittal Construcción España.** **What will your responsibilities be?** * Present construction solutions and systems to architects, engineers, interior designers, architectural firms, and technical bodies. * Explain product performance, regulations, differential advantages, and applications. * Ensure company products are included in projects, specifications, technical documents, or BIM models. * Deliver trainings, seminars, technical talks, and webinars to professionals. * Provide advice on construction details, compatibility, regulations, and installation practices. * Actively monitor projects during the design phase to ensure specification. * Identify construction opportunities and track them from design through execution. * Detect trends, new materials, and competitor activities. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Fixed \+ variable remuneration? * Remote work. * Flexible working hours. * Company car. * Per diems. * Health insurance. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Higher education degree. * 3 years’ experience in technical sales within the construction materials sector. * High availability for travel. * Experience using CRM systems and reporting all information into the system. * Fluent English is desirable. * Desired competencies: Excellent communication skills and customer orientation, as well as strong goal orientation. **Ref. 26/09923**
