We value an organized profile with planning capability, collaborative leadership, and results orientation, accustomed to working on projects funded by public administrations and coordinating relationships with partner entities and institutions. Functions and Responsibilities Coordinate the technical implementation of the project and ensure adherence to the established schedule. Coordinate the development, implementation, and updating of protocols, tools, and technical materials. Support the team in resolving technical and organizational issues. Supervise the correct application of the intervention methodology and internal procedures, as well as the quality of technical documentation and project records. Monitor project execution indicators and outcomes. Identify issues and propose corrective actions and continuous improvement measures. Coordinate technical relations with the Employment Agency and partner entities. Promote networking with public resources, companies, and social organizations. Participate, when necessary, in guidance, follow-up, or institutional representation activities related to the project. Prepare technical reports, monitoring summaries, and supporting documentation. Requirements University degree (Bachelor’s, Licentiate, or Diploma), preferably in Social Sciences, Social Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Work, Sociology, Law, Labor Relations, or related fields. Minimum three years’ experience in managing employment, vocational guidance, or socio-labor integration projects. Proven experience in coordinating technical teams. Experience in projects funded by public administrations. Experience in planning, development, monitoring, and technical reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and collaborative tools. Collaborative leadership. High capacity for planning and organization. Analytical ability. Results orientation. Decision-making and problem-resolution capability. Initiative and autonomy. Strategic vision and professional rigor. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the functioning of the Madrid Employment Agency and active labor market policies. Knowledge of neighborhood associations and the third sector. Experience in managing and justifying public grants. Training in project management and leadership.
