You will be responsible for the comprehensive management and supervision of on-site projects, coordinating civil works, electromechanical assembly, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with technical, scheduling, quality, cost, timeline, safety, and environmental requirements. This role will be pivotal in ensuring proper planning, technical supervision and control of construction works, as well as coordination with contractors, official bodies, and internal teams. ADD YOUR ENERGY TO THE FUTURE! **What will you do?** You will ensure the complete, rigorous, and safe execution of assigned works, leading technical and operational coordination on site. You will be responsible for supervising civil works, overhead and underground line installation, resource management, and liaison with all involved parties. Additionally, you will play a key role in construction planning, technical review of documentation, and facility commissioning. * Execution, coordination, and control of civil works, electromechanical assembly, and facility commissioning. * Management of allocated resources to ensure achievement of quality, cost, timeline, safety, and environmental objectives. * Participation in defining the technical scope of new projects and upgrades to existing lines. * Construction planning of works and support in defining procurement and execution strategies. * Drafting of technical documentation for civil works and assembly contracting (CPC, specifications, procedures). * Technical analysis and evaluation of bids in tender processes (ITEO). * Review of material lists and monitoring of procurement processes. * Review of contractors’ technical procedures and supervision of their correct application on site. * Management of on-site supplies and supervision of procurement of small materials and services. * Ensuring compliance with execution procedures, regulations, and requirements regarding safety, health, environment, and quality. * Liaison with official bodies, companies, and individuals affected by the works. * Leading progress and coordination meetings with the site supervision team. * Identification of risks and need for waivers, supervising their proper implementation. * Conducting safety, environmental, and quality inspections on site. * Reporting progress, risks, and incidents to Project Management, proposing corrective actions. * Control and review of contractors’ certifications, ensuring accuracy of measurements. * Documentation of design modifications and preparation of information for *As\-Built* drawings. * Coordination of commissioning activities. * Collection of final documentation for information systems and handover to operations and maintenance. * Active participation in continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the area. * Preparation of the final project report. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering. * Experience managing construction projects for electrical power lines, preferably UHV (132 kV and above). * Knowledge of civil works, steel structures, overhead and underground line installation, construction machinery, and methodologies. * Familiarity with the High Voltage Electrical Lines Regulation and its Technical Instructions (ITCs). * Knowledge of task planning, team management, and construction control. * Knowledge of occupational safety and health, environmental, and quality management on construction sites. * Proficiency in Office applications, CAD tools, and BIM environments (advanced Synchro and LEMAT). * Ability to interpret technical documentation and ensure its correct application. * Organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. * Communication, influence, and coordination competencies across multiple stakeholders. * Occupational Risk Prevention training. * Desirable: Technical expertise in line engineering (specifications, standards, projects). * Advanced English proficiency. * Willingness to undertake frequent short-term site visits (approx. 50% of time). **What we offer** * The opportunity to join a global, diverse, and innovative company. * Participation in high-impact strategic projects for the Group. * A collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams across various geographies. * Professional development plans and continuous training. * The chance to work on technically challenging projects with real impact on the energy transition. **Our selection process** *At Iberdrola, diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential in our daily operations.
