Forklift Operator with Warehouse Assistant Duties

Job Summary: We are seeking a forklift operator and warehouse assistant for order preparation, packaging, loading and unloading, material receiving, inventory management, and maintaining order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for order preparation, packaging, loading, and unloading of goods. 2. Inventory management and data entry into the system. 3. Maintaining order and cleanliness, following safety regulations. We are looking for a person to work as a forklift operator and warehouse assistant in Madrid, under a part-time contract with working hours from 9:00 to 13:00. Daily tasks include preparing orders, packaging products, and performing loading and unloading of goods using machinery to move items efficiently throughout the warehouse. The role also involves receiving materials, inspecting incoming items to ensure they are in perfect condition, and entering data into the system to keep inventory up to date. It is essential to maintain a well-organized workspace, classify stock to maximize space utilization, and ensure workplace cleanliness while adhering to safety regulations. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing daily workload volume. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse roles involving order preparation and goods handling. Vocational training (Intermediate Level FP qualification). Valid forklift or electric pallet truck license. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
