DESCRIPTION **We are seeking a Systems Engineer for Naval Platforms to participate in a Defense sector project.** The selected candidate will join an engineering team and participate in functional analysis, definition of embedded systems architectures, and requirements management for electronic warfare and radar solutions on naval platforms, collaborating within a highly specialized technological environment. Additionally, the candidate will work on designing system logical architectures, defining development strategies, decomposing requirements into subsystems, and supporting integration and validation activities, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire development lifecycle. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract with us. * Stable project within the Defense sector. * Hybrid work mode: 60% remote work and 40% on-site work. * Workplace: Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid). * Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday, with arrival between 08:00 and 09:00 and departure between 17:00 and 18:00, including one hour for lunch. * Intensive workday on Fridays, from 08:00 to 15:00. * Intensive workdays during the summer period. * Work equipment provided by the client due to security requirements. * Professional development. * Job stability. * Competitive salary based on experience \+ access to flexible compensation. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent. * Over 5 years of experience in electronic systems design, focused on architecture and requirements management activities. * Experience with critical systems (MIL\-STD\-882E or similar standards). * Experience in needs analysis and its translation into development requirements. * Experience with V-cycle development processes. * Experience with MBSE tools. * Advanced level of English. * Availability to undertake national travel. * Possession of Personal Security Clearance (PSC). **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in naval platform projects. * Experience in electronic warfare systems.
