**Company Description** Are you passionate about technology? At Devoteam, a strategic Microsoft partner, we are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer. You must be able to work autonomously in remote mode (residing in Spain). **Job Description** **Technical Skills** * Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application development. * Minimum 1 year of experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. * Experience developing Power Apps Canvas and Model\-Driven Apps. * Experience designing, developing, and implementing workflows using Power Automate. * Knowledge and experience automating processes via RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using Power Automate. * Experience developing and operating analytical solutions with Power BI. * Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with the Power Platform ecosystem. * Experience designing and developing virtual agents and conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents). * Ability to develop integrated solutions leveraging various components of the Microsoft platform. * Knowledge of Power Platform development, deployment, maintenance, and governance best practices. * Experience integrating with corporate systems, APIs, databases, and Microsoft 365\. * Ability to participate in analysis, technical design, development, testing, and evolutionary support of implemented solutions. **Requirements** **Skills** * Technically proficient profile covering diverse technological domains within the Power Platform ecosystem. * Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions. * Focus on quality, maintainability, and scalability of developed applications. * Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve technical incidents. * Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary business and technology teams. * Communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to functional users. * Proactivity, results orientation, and continuous improvement mindset. * Adaptability to new technological environments and working methodologies. * Willingness to travel occasionally to client premises when service requirements demand it. **Desirable** * Official Microsoft Power Platform certification in any currently valid track. * Additional Microsoft ecosystem certifications (Power Platform, Azure, Dynamics 365, Copilot, etc.). * Advanced experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and generative AI solutions. * Knowledge of enterprise solution architecture on Microsoft Cloud. * Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure Services and Microsoft 365\. * Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar). * Experience in digital transformation and business process automation projects. * Additional knowledge in Power Platform security, governance, and administration.
