**Why do we need you?** * You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement management of the ACH business (sandwich panels), as well as the national-level raw material transportation category in Spain. * You will lead and optimize contracting processes within your scope, coordinating with Category Managers from Spain, Portugal, and Morocco to ensure alignment with the Group’s global procurement strategy. * You will specifically manage local ACH business procurement (primarily steel coils, intra-group purchases, and other key materials), ensuring the required supply availability, competitiveness, and quality necessary for operational execution. * You will ensure compliance with the Group’s procurement policies and procedures, promoting best practices in efficiency, transparency, and risk control. * You will manage the national-level raw material transportation category, optimizing costs, service levels, and operational coverage in collaboration with Operations and Logistics. * You will act as a strategic partner to internal clients (Production, Operations, Finance, etc.), supporting decision-making and ensuring appropriate planning of procurement needs. * You will monitor key procurement and supplier performance indicators (KPIs), driving improvement plans where necessary. **Is this role right for you?** The Procurement Technician must demonstrate results orientation, strong negotiation skills, effective leadership in decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. They must possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, analytical thinking to identify improvements, teamwork capability with solid interpersonal skills, and efficient time management to thrive in dynamic settings. Education: * University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Organization, Mechanical or similar), Business Administration and Management, Economics, or Vocational Training. * Postgraduate or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics is desirable. Experience: * Minimum 1\-3 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably in industrial environments (metal, steel, construction, manufacturing, or related sectors). * Experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and sourcing processes (RFQ/RFP). * Experience managing internal stakeholders (Production, Operations, Finance, etc.). Languages: * English: advanced level (minimum B1\), essential for interaction with international teams and suppliers. Portuguese and/or French are advantageous. Office Software: * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, cost modeling). * Regular use of ERP tools (SAP, Oracle or similar). * Experience with e\-procurement tools and supplier management platforms is desirable. Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI or others) is a plus.
