Additionally, define and oversee the systems and applications required to support operations** **Main responsibilities:** ======================= * ### **Develop and implement supply schemes and systems, optimizing Repsol’s logistics costs from origin to destination while ensuring service quality as defined by the various commercial lines** * ### **Prepare monthly delivery plans to the different Logistics Systems where RF/Petronor operates (Exolum and other Logistics Terminals with which there is a contractual relationship),** * ### **Define deliveries of finished products to Logistics Systems according to stock criteria established by the Directorate, guaranteeing product availability at minimum cost (optimizing costs and capturing bonuses).** * ### **Define, in coordination with Optimization areas, the minimum origin\-destination cost for supplying such Systems.** * ### **Prepare annual delivery plans to the different Logistics Systems where RF/Petronor operates (Exolum and other Logistics Terminals with which there is a contractual relationship), to feed the refineries’ annual production plan.** * ### **Prepare and monitor primary logistics budgets, volumes, and costs for the Logistics Directorate.** * ### **Define and manage the IT systems supporting supply and distribution: defining improvements (task automation and evolution of already implemented applications), new processes, conducting tests and follow-ups, managing incidents, maintaining master data, etc.** * ### **Participate in the Logistics Directorate’s procurement processes in coordination with relevant corporate areas, and support contract management** * ### **Conduct logistics optimization studies** * ### **Prepare reports required to monitor the various processes managed by the Logistics Directorate: generating Power BI reports to enhance the use of existing data in databases of various systems: SAP BPC, SAP UP2, SIGMA, operator accounts, etc** * ### **Participate in defining KPIs and general information to support monitoring of activities carried out by the Logistics Directorate, and take responsibility for their implementation** **What we offer:** ================== * ### **Temporary contract** * ### **Bonus based on objectives** * ### **Health insurance** * ### **Pension plan contribution** * ### **Digital disconnection** * ### **Work-life balance measures** * ### **Legal advisory services** * ### **Employee support services** **You’ll be a great fit if:** ============================== * ### **You hold a university degree in Business Administration & Management (ADE) or Engineering.** * ### **You have experience using Excel.** * ### **You have knowledge of SAP.** \#LI\-CC1
