Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the ONE NEOGEN equipment software, providing technical support to customers, performing installations, configurations, integrations, and trainings, as well as supporting the maintenance and evolution of technological solutions.### **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer technical support requests remotely and on-site. * Install and configure software in customer environments. * Perform data backups and recovery. * Synchronize instruments with systems. * Assist in recovering access credentials and passwords. * Guide customers' IT teams to ensure proper system operation. * Prepare technical reports and service records. * Test new software versions before implementation. * Execute software updates according to the established schedule. * Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams. * Support maintenance activities for ONE NEOGEN equipment. * Proactively resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. ### **Requirements** * Technical education in Computer Science, Digital Systems, Networks, or related fields. * Experience in software technical support. * Knowledge of: + SQL and databases. + Windows, Android, and Linux operating systems. + Installation and configuration of local servers. + Microsoft Office. ### **Desirable** * Knowledge of Microsoft Forms. * Knowledge of Power Automate. * Basic Portuguese. * Intermediate English.
