At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we are seeking a Business Development professional to join our Architecture Division based at our Madrid offices. Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new clients within the architecture and space design sectors. * Develop customized commercial proposals aligned with client needs. * Coordinate all internal stakeholders for proposal drafting and preparation. * Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. * Collaborate with architecture and interior design teams to align proposals with the latest market trends. * Actively contribute to Savills’ expansion strategy in the sector, driving innovation and growth. Requirements: * Academic background: Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. * Advanced English proficiency. * Over 7 years of business development experience in real estate consultancy or architecture.
