We are a physiotherapy and therapeutic Pilates clinic in Moratalaz, currently expanding. We conduct 60-minute sessions, maintain small groups, and serve local patients who return regularly and refer others. Our small team includes complementary specialties: sports physiotherapy, pelvic floor therapy, invasive techniques, and ultrasound-guided interventions, as well as obstetrics. Who we are looking for An experienced physiotherapist with private-clinic background, familiar with managing their own schedule and retaining returning patients. Both generalist profiles (orthopedics, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise) and specialists—such as pediatric physiotherapy, pelvic floor therapy, or expertise in ultrasound and invasive techniques—are welcome; the latter would be a significant added value to the project. We seek someone committed to staying long-term: this is a multi-year initiative offering an indefinite contract and a structured career development plan. If you are seeking only a short-term role to complete your CV, this position is not suitable for you. What we offer * A fully booked schedule with real patient demand from week one—no starting from zero, no need to bring your own patient base. * 60-minute sessions: treatment is prioritized, not rushed. * Salary above collective agreement \+ transparent, written monthly productivity incentives. Our physiotherapists receive these payments every month and know precisely how they are calculated. * Career development plan: specialization bonus, annual review, and support for continuous professional education. * Close clinical leadership: the clinic owner is a practicing physiotherapist who sees patients herself. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and current professional registration. * Experience in private practice (preferred). * Availability for afternoon shifts—mandatory.
