We are looking for a Commercial Staffing Office Leader to lead our office in A Coruña. If you are passionate about people development and have commercial experience, this is your opportunity! Your responsibilities will include: Planning, organizing, and managing the branch by developing commercial strategies to drive growth in the region. Acquiring and retaining clients, ensuring long-term relationships. Preparing and managing the office’s annual budget. Coordinating and optimizing the work team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with all legal and labor obligations. Monitoring and controlling key performance indicators defined by management. Ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System. What do we offer? Permanent contract. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–15:00.
