DESCRIPTION We are looking for an analytical and financial profile with a strong orientation towards management control and financial analysis, providing direct support to the Legal Department Management of Soluciona Mi Deuda. The main objective is to ensure financial control, budgetary efficiency, and profitability analysis of the legal department, delivering accurate, timely, and strategic information that enables optimization of resources, improved productivity, and facilitates short-, medium-, and long-term business decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, maintain, and plan the financial control system for the legal department, ensuring budget compliance and efficient use of resources. * Actively participate in the budgeting process, from planning to monitoring and controlling execution. * Analyze budget variances and propose corrective actions or cost optimization strategies. * Prepare, analyze, and present periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual), identifying variances, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Develop and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs) to measure profitability, efficiency, and performance of the department. * Support various departments within the legal area in strategic planning by providing financial and analytical insights for decision-making. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or similar. Additional education or experience in Law or legal management will be valued. * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Financial Controller, Management Control Analyst, or Financial Data Analyst, preferably in corporate environments, consulting firms, or law firms. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial and data analysis tools. Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other statistical tools will be valued. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and control orientation. * Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic conclusions.
