Internships at ENDESA, **SWING Program:**

Endesa scholarships last 12 months and consist of two parts: Practical Training within the company and Academic Training.
Practical Training within the company involves full-time work from Monday to Friday, 22 working days of leave per year, and a monthly study grant of €900 gross. In parallel, Academic Training takes place: **Master in Organizational Management, Key Competencies and Data Analytics from Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS**), delivered online, whose main objective is learning and enhancing professional competencies.
