Be part of a challenging and opportunity-rich professional project, set in an excellent working environment and a global, heterogeneous, and innovative context. **IT Internship: Innovation** **JOB DESCRIPTION** The intern will join Cuatrecasas Innova—the firm’s open innovation ecosystem—and gain first-hand experience in how a major international law firm drives innovation, collaborates with technology startups, analyzes emerging trends, and develops initiatives related to entrepreneurship, technology, and business transformation. The selected candidate will actively participate in open innovation projects, opportunity analysis, trend identification, and strategic initiative development—gaining a cross-sectional view of the entrepreneurial, technological, and investment ecosystems. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support and accompany various departmental programs, including—but not limited to—startup acceleration initiatives. * Attend events in the field of innovation. * Analyze and identify opportunities through startups (business development). * Collaborate in managing and developing Cuatrecasas Innova programs and initiatives, including Cuatrecasas Acelera—the firm’s startup acceleration program. * Support the identification, analysis, and monitoring of startups, emerging technologies, and new business models. * Participate in scouting activities, opportunity evaluation, and preparation of market and innovation analyses. * Attend events, meetings, and activities linked to the entrepreneurial, technological, and innovation ecosystems. * Collaborate in organizing innovation sessions, initiatives, workshops, and other activities targeting startups, experts, and the broader ecosystem. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in the Dual Degree in Law and Business Administration / Law / Business Administration. * Interest in the corporate, entrepreneurial, and innovation fields; enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, and new business models. * Curiosity about how the startup ecosystem operates and about technological trends transforming various sectors. * English proficiency: B2 or higher. **CORE COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** * Inquisitive, motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individual. * Curious and analytical mindset—eager to explore, understand, and learn. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Interest in identifying opportunities and understanding new business models. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Dynamic, solution-oriented attitude focused on continuous learning.
